A Barn Raising at Brooklyn Kitchen

The Brooklyn Kitchen, 100 Frost St., Brooklyn

The folks at The Brooklyn Kitchen are having a good ol' fashioned barn raising. Their friends at Cayuga Pure Organics, located in upstate New York, had a tragic fire recently that resulted in the loss of their beanery, which housed their production, processing and packaging facility. The BK Kitchen has banded together some pretty impressive friends to help raise funds to rebuild. There'll be snacks courtesy of Gramercy Tavern, Chris Basso will be pouring his beer from Newburgh Brewery, and Tom Macy of the Clover Club is coming up with some signature cocktails with gin courtesy of New York Distilling Company.
